Crowns & Keys Return Policy

At Crowns & Keys, we want you to love every item you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
    At this time we do not offer cash refunds.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • Sale items, clearance items, or promotional items

  • Digital products (downloadables, eBooks, journaling content)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
    We will replace the item at no cost to you.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@crownsandkeys.com

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any necessary photos.

  3. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Store credit will be sent to the email used to place the order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, production or fulfillment may have already begun.
