Crowns & Keys – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crowns & Keys. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, new releases, sales), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times (U.S. orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Weight/size of your items

  • Shipping method selected

Occasional promotions may offer free shipping thresholds.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update with carrier scans.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
Crowns & Keys is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional fees required for re-shipping

If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Crowns & Keys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or local post office

  2. Allowing 48 hours after “Delivered” status

  3. Contacting the carrier for investigation

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements for packages scanned as delivered.


7. International Shipping (Optional)

If you plan to offer international shipping later, here is the wording:

Crowns & Keys currently ships within the United States only.
We plan to expand to international locations in the future.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will send a replacement at no cost to you.


9. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (when applicable)

Carrier selection is determined by shipping location and availability.
